"The bathroom door was broken and it didn’t closed, I reported on day 1 I stayed 5 days and the door was never fixed. I asked them to clean the room and change the sheets, someone went into my room moved the sheets up put some more toilet papare and leaved but left my door opened with my laptops inside and other values, they don’t have a safe box. Lots of bugs, I had to buy a spray to kill them. When I check out nobody was around at the office, They need more employees and for the amount of money...

"We were in town for a concert and skeptical at first but when we arrived at our room it was very clean, the front desk was quick and pleasant, would definitely recommend as a nice place to stay!"

"Very clean and well worth the price. Most staff were helpful and friendly with the exception of 1 housekeeper who was VERY rude. I would definitely recommend staying here while in The Berkshires."
