"It’s a disappointment because I thought I booked a hotel but we end up in a motel room by the time we check in.we had no choice but to take it..we don’t use an airconditioner because it smells like cigarettes if you turn it on..they don’t let people know that the hotel itself are running on renovation.. We are not going back there again! "

The beds were on the smaller side, and the walls are fairly thin, we could hear neighbors arguing around 3 a.m., although that’s not really the hotel’s fault. There was also a noticeable smell in the room, I can only describe it as an old bar smell, like stale beer and cigarettes. "This was a clean and comfortable basic hotel. Rooms were simple but quiet and clean. Staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but appreciated. This is a good budget hotel for a simple overnight stay. Short walk to Applebees and a couple other restaurants. "

"Breakfast is paid at the bistro, so we didn't eat there. The hotel was cleanish, I don't think it was so much the staff as it was the other guests. We were unlucky enough to be there at the same time as a soccer tournament and despite clear instructions in the rooms to not leave children unattended they were running up and down the hallway until past 11pm. "The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "

"Perfect roadside hotel walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Virginia City. Owners and their team awesome people! Older style facility, but clean, comfy beds, great views, and we will absolutely stay again. Parking a little tight, but doable. Many guests met out front over coffee and danishes provided by the owners."
