"Need’s many repairs smoke detector has a bag over it. Unable to regulate the water temperature in shower. TV box controller was melted who knows why. Two remote controls batteries were only in one of them. Uncomfortable beds room needed a deep clean. Tub needs replaced long overdue for a remodel!"

"Barley any employees around. It’s a virtual check in so you’re not talking face to face in person. It’s face to face with a computer. The room itself was clean and fine for one night. The property is sketchy. "

"Cleanliness- beds with stains, the smell was bad( smoke)bathroom,parking lot also dirty. Loud noises very late at night that lasted into the early hours of the morning. The staff was ok, but not the best. Not worth the money we paid. "

"I did not feel safe staying here. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was not much left of a lumpy mattress. The walls were so thin I didn’t get much sleep. A homeless guy in a wheelchair was right outside my door when I left one time."

"Grounds were a mess. Old mattresses puled in the pool area, trash on the lawn and no accomodation for modern tech, ie no charging ports, bad lighting etc. Sheets were freshly washed but were dingy. If these were my sheets at home they would have been donated to a local animal shelter at this point. Due to high demand for rooms in Reno this weekend the nightly rate, $181, was well above what I would expect to pay for a room with minimal amenities, linens that should have been replaced long ago...
