"Unable to find motel. We were asked to leave the property by the construction team working to tear our the old hotel. We drove around looking for an hour. There was no signage. People in house nearby had never heard of the place. All this, and then the property wouldn't refund our money."

"We arrived at 6:15 PM for a 4PM check in, which we had confirmed prior. After a day of exploring the coast, we wanted nothing more than to shower and then have dinner. Too or dismay, our room was not ready. When I confirmed that our check in was 4 the response was .yes, but we are very busy. Not acceptable. Time in our oceanfront room was cut short. "My first time in a Best Western Plus establishment. I was very impressed with this facility. The entire site was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and professional. The onsite restaurant was fabulous and the wait staff were superb. The room was well appointed, quiet and spotless. Great access to Agate Beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."
