Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. "While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. Thankfully, our dog immediately started barking and charging toward the door, causing him to stop before...

"Sherry the Desk Clerk was super friendly, She greeted us everytime we arrived or left. There were lots of places to eat within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable."

"Clean, comfortable, simple room. The issue was that my room faced 40th Street, and the traffic noise was very loud! Usually, I don't mind such noise if it is low, but definitely these were the thinnest windows ever!"

"Our flight required us to be at the airport at 3 am, so we didn't use the shuttle so I can't comment. The staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and close to the airport. The problem is parking. I guess since many people leave their car there when they travel, there isn't enough parking. We went out at 1 am and 30 min later, when we returned, our spot was taken and the lot was full. But I would stay there again."
