"Altho the technology of the place was a bit much for Us.....it definitely meets this new generations expertise (lol) Check in was so easy. The staff that we came in contact was friendly and willing to help. Quiet & Loved the privacy entrance. Bedroom had no Internet connection but the tub made up for that. "We had a great stay overall! The location was beautiful, with amazing views and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Big Bear. We arrived after hours, and the check-in process was smooth, easy, and well organized. The cabin was clean, and we really enjoyed having a full kitchen and a comfortable living room to relax in after a long day.
