I loved my trip to Las Vegas! Everything was beautiful and amazing. The city, the attractions, the hotels, and the atmosphere were all incredible. Everything was so well organized, and I had a wonderful time. I honestly have nothing to complain about. It was a perfect trip, and I can’t wait to come back someday!
Very good hotel with an excellent location. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant.
The only area for improvement would be the pillows, which could be softer and more comfortable. Additionally, the mattresses seem to have had a lot of use and are beginning to sag, so replacing them would greatly enhance guests’ comfort. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Liked: Staff & service
It was fine, nothing spectacular. Our room had a “view” of the Eiffel Tower but the windows were filthy. The pool closed at 6pm!! Staff was friendly. Easy self check in. And self parking is a reasonable price.
Had a great stay at Paris Las Vegas. I had a king bed with an eiffel tower view. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower and the view wss amazing. Perfect view of the strip and the bellagio fountains. The resort has some great restaurants. Alexxas is the go to for breakfast. Cafe Americano has very good food as does the beer garden which has a great rooftop view of the strip. I had a great time. I will definitely be back.
Great resort with beautiful rooms and the hotel is amazing and feels like the streets of Paris. Disappointed that when you rent a day bed they were out of drinks that we wanted and did not proved free water. You were given 24 oz free then you had to pay. We received better service and options at the MGM grand pool.
The room was nice, cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with a CVS and other stores nearby. The view from my room was amazing. I could see parts of the Las Vegas Strip, the illuminated billboards, and the highways below, which looked especially beautiful at night. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
The dining options, bar, and breakfast were all quite expensive, but that’s somewhat expected in Las Vegas. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included, especially considering the overall cost of the stay.
My biggest complaint was the mandatory resort fee of nearly $60 per night. I don’t recall seeing that charge clearly disclosed when booking, although it’s possible I may have missed it. Either way, it was an unpleasant surprise and significantly increased the total cost of the stay.
Overall, I enjoyed the room, the comfort, and the fantastic view, but the extra fees and expensive amenities took away from the experience.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, with noticeable dust throughout the room that made it feel neglected.
The pool was closed during our stay due to broken glass. While I understand that accidents happen and the closure itself was not the hotel’s fault, we had specifically paid for a late checkout so our family could enjoy the pool before leaving. When we explained the situation and requested a refund for the late checkout fee since we could no longer use the amenity we paid extra time to enjoy, our request was denied by the manager ROBERT.
Customer service and flexibility in situations like this can make a big difference. While the pool closure was unavoidable, the lack of accommodation regarding the late checkout charge left us feeling disappointed as well as the cleanliness of the room.
The hotel overall was “ok”. I enjoyed the casino area, food choices, and stores. The hotel room itself was very dingy. The bathroom door and the floor molding had paint coming off. The chair at the desk in the room had a stains on it. The room itself has not been maintained well. The room temp kept fluctuating and it would not stay cool. The shower water was extremely hot even on the cold setting. The fridge still had the last guests yogurt in it. The pool was closed down during our stay and when we checked in the clerk didn’t let us know it was closed. We had a great view of the pool area and Eiffel Tower but the windows were filthy. The elevator ride sounded like it would break down and one time the light was completely out so another guest used their phone so we had light. The hotel has great food options but due to the room itself I wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness
This hotel is extremely expensive and not recommended. I had no bath wash for three days and after numerous calls to housekeeping, finally intercepted an actual housekeeper to have the body wash filled.
Rooms are very outdated. Windows are filthy. The pool has terrible cocktail service; be sure to watch your Bill if you go to the bar because they overcharged us. We caught the error quickly. $40 for a tall mixed cocktail $23 for a short. Plus service fee. The best thing about the hotel was the Alessa Restaurant. Excellent food and service. The café is expensive but servings are very generous. Mona Ami Gabi is fair. Bobby's Burgers is expensive. Fries were mushy and not good. Milkshakes were great! Air quality is poor throughout the hotel but that seems to be standard. Casino is especially heavily laden with cigarette and cigar smoke.
Nice older hotel, rooms were big but the carpet needs a really deep clean or replaced. Lots of good places to eat, the Eiffel Tower restaurant is a must, food and views were awesome.
