Stayed at the Grand MGM and honestly loved it. The room was super nice — clean, comfortable, and just had a good vibe overall. The whole experience felt different in a good way. Bell service was quick and efficient, which made check-in smooth. Self-parking is ok. We also had dinner at Morimoto and it was 🔥 such a good experience. Definitely recommend checking it out if you stay here. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and I’ll for sure be staying again next time I’m in Vegas.

I wasn't very impressed with this hotel. I will preface this by saying that I was in Vegas for business so this was not the best choice to stay at but I wanted to see KA and figured it would be convenient....I was WRONG. First, I had a rental so I decided to self-park because I can't wait for valet each time I need to head out and the self parking is like .25 mile walk from the main lobby. Plus, it is also the employee parking so not very appealing. Then, the staff at the front desk was less than welcoming - although they were efficient. Now, let's get to the room - it looks nice but the shower had very little water pressure and the toilet didn't always flush correctly. Room service took an hour BUT, I will say the food was delicious. In fact, they had so many food options at this hotel that you would not need to leave if you are there just to gamble. Not saying I never go back there again but definitely not for those of us traveling to Vegas for business.

Room was nice.. remodeled. The air in the casino was very muggy and hot compared to others. Ventilation was pretty bad and was smoky. Water $8 at the shop or a crazy $20 in room. Some good restaurants. Overall okay place but would be better if they fix their air quality

The room was larger than I expected, and had more drawer and closet storage and open floor space that I was anticipating. There wasn't great overhead lighting in any room, which made doing makeup a bit challenging. The toilet also made a loud squeaking sound whenever flushed. The water pressure in the shower was nice, and the water heated up very quickly for the room being on the 12th floor. There was an issue with my adding a day onto the trip and a mix up in me being told that I could stay in the room without checking out and getting a new room key (this message didn't seem to be passed along to the rest of the staff, as I did get locked out of my room at check out time, and later that afternoon someone knocked on my door and woke me up from a nap to ask why I hadn't checked out yet). I do wish I'd known in advance that the casino allows smoking, but the amenities were great, everyone at the front desk and bag storage was lovely, and I had a great trip!
