"The overall appearance of the hotel is nice. My room was good. I had a few issues: the A/C was not cooling the room to the setting (they came and kind of fixed it, tv did not work well and would spin as to not stream right so could not watch much, I broke a glass on the bathroom floor and asked to clean it up and they did a poor job. In fact there was about a 8" long stick in the entrance of the room that never got cleaned up and I was there for 6 nights. The hair dryer blew up. They...

"Our experience was extremely disappointing. The elevators were not working, and the room key we were given also didn’t work. We had to walk all the way back to the reception to get it fixed. When we reached the front desk, we were told that a staff member would come to open the room, but that I had to be present with my ID because they wouldn’t open the room without it. Since the elevators were out of service, it took a long time to get back to the room. We waited there, but no one came. After...

"I like the convenience of the location, the food offerings, and the friendliness of the staff. I was impressed with how quickly I was able to check-in and enjoy my vacation. The pool staff was wonderful and friendly. I loved how quickly the pool areas were cleaned. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I was pleased with my visit. Hash House a Go Go was wonderful, the bloody mary was delcious."
