"Location and staff were amazing! We had a studio room, and the amenities were amazing. Only note was there was the odd surface that could’ve used a bit more dusting or more of a wipe down (by windows, the wardrobe, etc…) but it didn’t change our experience at all. Would absolutely stay again!"

After 3 days stay I need to adjust that downwards unfortunately… There was no hot water in the shower and the mini fridge wasn’t cold. After using the iPad provided for questions/complaints I found a number to call for maintenance but it was late and I simply showered at my daughter’s flat the next day. There was simply no water coming out of the hot water spigot in the shower although the sink worked perfectly. I got a...

"It should be more clearly stated that this is a hotel without staff. Also the room was good but it shouldn’t be stated as a deluxe room (which we booked for). It was just a regular style Ibis room. Apart from that it was clean and comfortable."

Fijn bed. Schoon.

Verder heel prima."

One note: If you have anything to speak with the hotel about before your stay, please contact them directly and not through Expedia. We were arriving early in the morning, so booked a room for the prior night. I...
