I think the policy that requires you pay half the cost of the room in order to stay two hours longer is ridiculous and the desk staff should be able to grant more time depending on the situation. The cost of the rooms and the amenities don’t really match. There should be package deals for parents of students that decrease the costs. "Great location and wonderful hotel"

"The staff was super nice. Theh moved my room after first placing me faint Santa Monica blvd as it was super loud. When I got to my new room I did find two hairs on the bedding. I was too tired to complain and move again. Also both rooms had a very funky bleach smell. Now my clothes that k wore to bed smell like that which is concerning. Not sure what the smell is but it is significant. The room was nice, updated. Great for a quick stay but the smell and hairs are not ok. "

"The hotel looks and feels like a mall from the 1990s that's been deserted by its customers. The lobby is empty, they hardly have anywhere to sit, no warmth, no buzz from people congregating to have a drink or a coffee. It's not welcoming in the least. Honestly, there's no reason to stay at this hotel with so many better ones at the same (or lower) price nearby."

"Close to UCLA. Free parking! Clean, updated rooms. Complimentary coffee, yogurt, cereal and bagels for breakfast. Room with double/queen beds were larger than most small hotel rooms. Great to have a small kitchenette with a sink, microwave & small fridge. Lots of lighting - lamps and ceiling lights. And, lots of mirrors, which really helps when 4 people are getting ready. 1 block from Trader Joe's, Target and Ralph's grocery store."

"The entire exterior of the hotel is under excavation and construction. The first night of our two night stay bulldozers worked until 4 AM. The hotel moved us to a quiet room for the second night & removed direct hotel charges (parking and food) but we had paid for our stay through Expedia & I needed to get a refund for the night from them. I fully expect that to happen, but Expedia customer service has not given me 5 star support because they have yet to hear back from the hotel. I called...
