"The staff was wonderful, breakfast is not worth it at all so if you’re planning on saving because of this, I suggest you don’t, parking lot is a plus. They had to replace our keys twice due to some key issue/problem keys getting locked, was told. "Booking via a 3rd party hurt me in the end. When I arrived, I was immediately told my reservation had been moved to a sister hotel. I received no email or phone call as they stated when you book with a 3rd party, no contact information is provided to them. The first manager at the courtyard was rude! At the Residence Inn, they upgraded my room to a 2 bdrm suite for the inconvenience; however, as I was exiting the shower, the entire shower door came off the hinges and fell on me! This is a 20...

"Clean room "

"A consistently clean and comfortable place to stay with our little LH dachshund - we usually stay one night at a time when visiting family in that area of Tampa. The lobby area is inviting and roomy - staff is wonderful and we always seem to meet the nicest, most considerate fellow-travelers & have never experienced otherwise here. Jose, a waiter in the breakfast area is so warm and encouraging - always a bright spot in our day!"

"Only stayed for one night, but the room was spotless and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. Breakfast provided in the morning, eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels and muffins. Free parking is always a plus!"

"1. This property is short staffed and poorly run. 2. It’s filthy to the point that one night the foyer smelled of urine. They had a room for vending and laundry that was also filthy. 3. I had a family medical emergency and had originally been told twice that I could check out early without penalty then had to argue when the manager said no. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund for my unused nights from Expedia. 4. I felt so unsafe as a woman sleeping alone at night that I slept with a chair...
