Reception is on the top floor which is where the restuarant and bar are located with views over the airport runways. Staff were pleasant and efficient upon check-in. "Overall Novotel is good, however the room that we in, had a very noisy air con. The fan is so loud. You will not realise it during the day, but at night it is so noisy."

"It was centrally located to so many things that I needed. The central transportation for Australia stopped right across the street. Grocery store within two blocks or less. KFC McDonald’s and so much more. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was very very very clean. It was an Excellent Experience altogether"
