"Walls are like paper, can hear conversations in next room keeping you up at night, disruptive to peaceful stay. Sleep deprived from stay there.
Loud past midnight in parking lot and hotel with music and barking dogs and smokers everywhere on property. Had to call and complain about noise after midnight. Doors slam constantly, no buffer. Bed & pillows & sheets horrible! Have to check everything you need out including blow dryer..not convenient. No amenities except horrible coffee in entry. ...

"The location is prime for me when I need to stay away from the crowd. Just recently this property has been remodeled and updated. The rooms are very nice and come with a microwave and an small refrigerator. For the price of the room this is exceptional. The front desk staff and housekeeping are wonderful. "The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

"We used to live in Fort Collins and I always dreamed of staying just one night in the Armstrong. On our visit this year, we finally did just that and we’re beyond pleased!! Beautiful rooms, fantastic location (didn’t need our car even once during our stay - mind you, we were more than comfortable with walking as far as O’Dell’s and New Belgium. Everything else you need in Old Town is literally steps away) Cannot wait to come back and will 100% stay here every time we visit FoCo!"
