"Our room was great and very clean. Was a little bummed because we came with toddlers expecting the toddler pool area to be open and it was closed. When we needed new sheets in the middle of the night because one of our kiddos had gotten sick there were no staff to be found and my husband tried calling the hotel but it just kept ringing. He finally ran into someone 30min later walking down the stairs and the guy looked was carrying a bag of chick-fil-a and looked like he’d been sleeping. We got the sheets and the rest of the night was good. Breakfast was like warm but the whole place was clean and the beds were comfty! The staff we encountered during the day were very nice!"

"Front desk staff was great. Fastest check in I’ve ever experienced. Room was nice…bed a little too firm and shower water pressure was lacking, but other than that it was good."
