I actually had a bit of an incident where I misplaced my wallet at the front desk. The team was amazing—they secured it immediately and returned it to me safely. Their integrity speaks volumes about the hotel's management. Truly a great team!"

"If you're looking for a place to just lay your head for the night this could be your place. If you're looking for comfort, look elsewhere. The room smelled like cigarettes, the shower and toilet were dirty and there were lots of noise through the night. When I searched for the rooms, I indicated 2 adults and 3 children, somehow it got booked as 1 adult and 3 kids and we had to pay an additional $50 at check-in. Parking is extremely tight so if you have a large suv, do not stay here."

"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."
