"Property is clean and comfortable and is value for the money it costs.
Staff were helpful.
It's a little out of the way but close enough to be convenient.
The design of the hotel reception rises to the top of the building with a clear roof, looks great but as people come in at all hours of the night that opens space acts as a microphone to what they are all saying so it's was quite loud during the night. It wasn't that bad but not ideal."

"We recently stayed in Room 720 and wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience.
Unfortunately, there was a noticeable draft coming from the window area because it was taped up as it was broken, which caused the room to feel quite cold, even with the heating on. This made it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature during our stay. Additionally, one of the cups provided in the room had a leak in it.

"Amazing staff who anticipated and handled every possible need. The Concierge, Brian, arranged our transportation from the airport, via email, while we were still in California, and rebooked it several times because we had so many flight delays and cancellations. He also arranged a tour of Amsterdam that was fantastic. Then when my daughter needed medical attention, he arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel. Very efficient and friendly and caring. Couldn’t ask for more."
