They think a "clean and uncluttered" look means you can't have anything useful. This place was just about perfect, though, on our scale. "For a sleep inn the room was fine and outside of the left behind articles of clothing in the closet was clean. Check in was done via kiosk and off-site persons. The gym was small but functional with a nice elliptical and treadmill. Breakfast room was cramped but food selection was ok. Staff did their best in the breakfast rooms cramped quarters to keep food fresh and room clean- not an easy task when fellow guests have no issues making messes... Pool was off the breakfast room which was odd but...

"Unfortunately this was a very disappointing stay. We specifically reserved a non-smoking room but the cigarette smell was so strong it felt like we were sleeping in an old bar. The staff was kind enough to offer an air freshener spray but it made no difference at all... the odor was just too deeply set in. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the sheets had an unpleasant smell as well so we had to use our own. We ran the bathroom vent and kept the window open all night but it barely helped....

"I used this hotel to recover from surgery, it was great. They got me a first-floor room and I was able to get snacks at weird hours of the night, which helped when the post-anesthesia munches kicked in at 11pm."
