"Useless staff. Breakfast seating and order both took eons. Next door alarm went off at 6am on Sunday. Called front desk. No one came up to shut off the alarm until 6:15. Elevator didn’t work—had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. Maid knocked on the door at 9am and ask me if I’m checking out. ..."

"The hotel is not clean. Our room had a very slow bathroom sink drain. The bed was not comfortable and one the women at check out didn’t want to check me out and provide a receipt for the stay? Very unprofessional and a yuck experience overall. Very disappointing…won’t be back. Clean up the disgusting ..."
