"Staff was extremely unfriendly. They did not tell me that valet parking was cheaper than self parking until two nights into the stay.
Denied providing me water bottles- although clearly they were giving out to other guests. Denied changing my room as one of the electronic curtains were malfunctioning. Did not fix the curtain as well.
Not staying there ever again."

"The web sight said pet friendly. It didn’t say anything about a fee for the dog. When I got there to check in. They told me I would have to pay $75. Extra For my little 8 pound dog to stay there.. "One of the best hotels stays I've experienced while visiting Charlotte. Room was spacious and spotless. The Staff was welcoming and helpful.
We nearly missed the continental breakfast Saturday morning. When we called the Front Desk, we were told that we had twenty minutes left. My sister and I never moved so quickly. Thank goodness we succeeded as the breakfast was nourishing. I was especially impressed with the instant grits and the kielbasa sausages.
