"Overall hotel is nice, and coffee is very good. Breakfast area was a bit dodgy, but serviceable. The nearby train-tracks issue is LEGIT, as I was awoken around 1am on first of several train's horn that passed by. There were also other exterior noises (ie. bass from a car stereo) that kept me awake most of the night; Not Ideal."

"I gave a fifty dollar cash pet deposit at check in but at checkout I was told they couldn’t return it because no one but the manager had a key to the till. Was supposed to be put on my card but hasn’t been. Also, staff knocked on the door at seven A.M. to see if we’d left yet. There are way better options in the area. Avoid this Motel 6."

"We have previously liked staying here with our dog. However we were disappointed to see “upgrades” that had paved over the grassy areas off of the first floor rooms. Access to the river is precarious with no safe path, so walking our dog has now become somewhat inconvenient. Not having a microwave in the room nor a freezer section in the room fridge was also inconvenient. Other than that, it is quiet, clean, and close to downtown."

"We loved staying at The Wren! Will absolutely stay again.
Great location. Clean. Very nice staff. Easy on-street, free parking just a couple of short blocks away. Love the vibe. Basecamp has fantastic coffee and also has a very friendly staff.
Our only minor two critiques are:
1. The towels were a bit frayed; and
2. The Pendleton blanket draped across the bed needs to be dry cleaned (Room 328).
We'll be back! "

"The staff told us the property had been recently renovated so everything was in great condition. The bed was comfortable and the room amenities included a fridge and microwave as well as coffee maker.
We needed to keep something frozen and the front desk happily put it in their freezer for the night.
The breakfast was good, waffles, eggs and porridge, among other items and the coffee was quite good considering hotel coffee usually isn’t…
