"My family and I stayed at the North Vancouver Hotel for two nights before boarding our seven-day Alaskan cruise. We were a party of six with two separate rooms. Overall, we had a very good experience and felt the value for the price was excellent. The hotel was reasonably clean, quiet during our stay, and conveniently located close to Stanley Park and many nearby restaurants and shops. "Me and my wife weren't able to go due to hospitalization and so i decided to have my parents use it but when they arrive they told them that they need me to be there for them to use the room i booked. Few days prior i called the hotel and explained why we can't make it. In the end, they told me my parents can use it and to tell my parents that they need their ID and just tell the receptionist that i booked the room for them. I felt like we got scammed on this one."

"Coming to and from the airport was a pain. Traffic was terrible so many stop lights. No highway system, had to take roads through Dow. Hotel was fine for us."

"The airport shuttle was convenient. The location of the hotel was great, right next to two shopping plaza. It’s also a short walk away from Skytrain station and very easy to get to airport or waterfront cruise terminals. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!"
