"The A/C had issues and room was too cold or too hot left with sore throat. Was not too clean found hair in shower and sink. Floor was also kind of sticky. 3 floor smelled bad for the 3 days like an old folks home. Definitely not worth $175 a night."

"Our room was not particularly clean. The bathroom should be condemned. It was appalling. The continental breakfast was the poorest I have ever seen and I have travelled the world for 50 years. The elevator had water spilled all over the floor. I have stayed at your hotels before and they were very nice. This one must do better. "

"The room that we stayed in did not have a inside security door bolt on the door. The shower had no pressure and the head was broken and also had mold on the spray nozzles. So definitely wasn't taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom was broken/disconnected when turning on the light. The light switch itself was operable but broken. The elevators were slow and the doors on one car had to be pushed open after they wouldn't open when we got to the bottom floor."

We arrived prior to check in time and were told that we would be placed on a priority list and would receive a text once the room was ready. Later that afternoon we returned to check in as we had been previously notified that the room was ready. The room we were given was a king bed instead of 2 queens and appeared to not be particularly clean. We returned to the front desk and asked to be switched to a queen room. We...

"Absolutely not up to the standard of a $300+/night hotel. MAYBE $80/night. The lobby is clean, and I think that is maintained and kept up to date to lull you into feeling like the rooms will be as well. But no…we didn’t even want to walk on the carpet in our room in barefeet it was so stained with…something, I have no idea what. And the chair in the room followed suit, as it was covered in stains. Staff was nice, was our room was truly disgusting. "

"The room I stayed in is in dire need of refurbishment. The metalwork on the lights and furniture is rusty, the drawers were dirty inside so I ended up having to put everything in plastic bags to use them. There was a thick coating of dust on the surfaces and some of the surfaces were sticky. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the bath safety mat made me squeamish. The floors were dirty but the carpet surrounding the bed was worse and likely hasn't been cleaned in a very long time; my feet...
