"Nice hotel, clean rooms, very convenient location. Only minor criticisms are could use some USB ports in the room instead of just old-fashioned plug sockets and seemed to be short-staffed, especially in the bar area - reception staff frequently having to step away from desk to serve drinks etc."

"Got stuck in Munich for a night after I missed mt layover flight. Staff were able to get me a single room for the night. It was the perfect place to stay. Felt safe and had a shuttle to the airport the following morning"
