"I love the Hard Rock but my room was not ready when i arrived and my room was not properly cleaned. Its not the Hotels fault i guess house keeping was trying to do a rush job so they missed some stuff like the bathroom. I will still stay here."

"Unfortunately, none of the pools were open, even though we paid a resort fee for use. Rooms and hotel common areas need a face lift. Refrigerator in the toom had to be replaced but maintenance was quick to respond."

"I did not get a chance to stay. Was only there a few hours and honestly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The first room they gave us was unsecured and unlocked when we arrive so we got a different room and that room was not clean. Someone’s old sock lip balm and crumbs were all over the floor near the bed and under the chair. Then when the shower was turned on a baby roach scurried across the rod and behind a gap between the shower head and wall. Of course couldn’t stay there...

"The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The elevators stopped working. I couldn’t seem to get the coffee maker to work properly. The vending machines were very costly. "

"We had an absolutely amazing and wonderful experience. Everything was perfect for the plans I had for my boyfriend. I will definitely go back again."

"Nice breakfast but would be nice to include boiled eggs, water dispenser with fruit (orange, lime/lemon). I liked that there was a zero sugar option for the juice dispenser."

"Owners are friendly and welcomimg, rooms are clean and it is a quiet place right of the main road. Will stay again when we are back in the area.....Kevin M"
