"No pool, no jacuzzi, water park was for smaller children. They charged for the water park that was inside the hotel knowing they didn’t offer a pool or jacuzzi. The Ace buffet food was NASTY! Food options are slim all they offer is hamburgers and dry pizza. They don’t offer to clean your room daily. "

"We stay here when we are working at our property in Galloway.Staff is always great here.They are in the process of remodeling the rooms not an issue with stay.This is not a 5 star hotel.Being said it is within 15 minutes of AC with plenty to do within 20 minutes in all directions.If you need a place to relax and sleep and shower you can’t go wrong.They need an ICE machine."

"I called Sheraton the day before my trip to confirm my booking and set up early check in. The representative stated that i could check-in 2 hours early. When I attempted to check in at the agreed 2 hrs early, I was told that there are zero rooms ready and I cannot check in two hours earlier. It was a disappointment. Be aware that although there are a few restaurants and bars on site, they all have limited hours. Nothing was open during our Sunday into Monday stay. The facility was clean and...
