"Upon arrival and after receiving the keys for the room, went to my room to find it was dirty, like not cleaned from the prior guest at all. Went back to front desk, the gentleman helping me was very kind but they had no more suites available and was only able to stay in a regular room which was fine, they told me I would be compensated for the difference but have yet to hear back on anything. The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, but the new room we were in we found a pacifier under the table,...

"The staff were exceptional, even though most did not speak English. The rooms were very average. Our room had a door to the outside and an interior door (odd). Everything seemed damp the whole time, but, that could just be because it was so humid and we are not used to that. Breakfast was terrible both days we stayed. If you choose this place, be prepared for going elsewhere after you try it!"

"We went on a 10 day road trip and stayed in a different hotel in different states the whole time. This was by far one of the best stays we had. The staff was great, the hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was great. We would absolutely stay there again."

"Had never heard of this chain thru IHG's properties but really glad Expedia had it listed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the modern minimalist aesthetic of the room, almost European in character. Will definitely keep an eye out for this hotel brand in the future and highly recommend."

"The beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the TV did not work at all at first. An employee succeeded in turning on the TV, but couldn't make it play the premium channels advertised. Street noise, a flickering light outside, noise from the next room, and a 4am fire alarm (false alarm) didn't promote great sleep. However, the hot breakfast was nice."

"needs major renovations , whole place smelled musty and damp, water from the shower gets all over the bathroom floor if you don't have the head practically hitting the wall, the pillows are HORRIBLE and the size of a small throw pillow, also watch your license plate, mine was stolen overnight."
