"I really liked it The only thing is that unlike other apartments I’ve stayed at, the Lennox did not have anyone to help you with your bags during check in and check out So if the person you booked with isn’t there to meet you face to face (which was the case for me), then you may have to carry your own bags For the cost, I didn’t expect this to be the case, but it was. It wasn’t a great inconvenience which is why I still gave 4 stars but I would consider that before booking next time...

The bathroom was raised high which is not good handicap people and children. AC was not working properly. "

I booked for 3 nights and called after 2 nights several times requesting for clean fresh towels and to clean the apartment, but nothing happened. The people at the reception of the building were also not able to assist as the put all responsibility to guy Gibson. So no collaboration of the people working in the building to provide the guests basic assistance and service, which left me to clean...
