"When checking in … the lady that helped us was very friendly and informative. First impression walking through the door was “whoa, this looks old” Everything looked and was outdated. Plus side is they have assigned stalls so if you leave you don’t have to worry about not having a stall when you get back."

"The property has become dated and lacks high end up-grades. They have lost their edge on service as this place used to be top of the line and now is simply overpriced and average. At check out they tried to nickel and dime us for 'pay per view' tv services that we never ordered!"

"I have enjoyed the place except for this morning, which I was charged for the first time for putting a yellow backpack that did not fit inside their small luggage behind the front desk!!!! A suddenly popped out rule by the front desk guy as if it was on the spott a personal made rule without having any notion of notice on the wall explaining about this rule for everybody. Sooo unproffesional. I told him why previously and yesterday there was not such a rule!!! He insisted and I paid! But it left me with a very negative impression which I have to think if ai want to go back again or encourage my friends to go there. Such a pitty, becauee I generally liked the place and all other staff."

"So conveniently located. Close to the Whistler gondola. Our room had everything we needed including a lovely deck. "

"The room was tidy. It's more of a rustic vibe. But it's so close to the mountain that you really can't get a better deal. The outdoor pool is heated bring your robe. The hot tub is right next to the pool so if you go during a snow fall it could be a lot of fun to check them out. I was there in the spring so no snow at the village base but alpine conditions were very good."
