"We came to celebrate our anniversary at the hotel, but unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing so far. Our check-in was very delayed, and after finally getting our room keys around 4:40 PM, the keys still did not work. We had to go back and forth to the front desk twice with all of our luggage, and we are still dealing with the issue.
A large part of our day has already been wasted, and it has completely spoiled the mood for our anniversary celebration. On top of that, even the ice machine is not working. We expected a much smoother and more enjoyable experience, especially for such a special occasion. We would appreciate if this situation could be resolved immediately and appropriately addressed."
