"Some staff are super friendly. The waitress in the restaurant are very cold, they seem like they don’t like their job. I felt we were being discriminated. The room is ok, I love the bathroom but the bedroom and living room are very dusty and we were sneezing all the time. Was not a good stay for us at all. We were very dissappointed."
"Room clean and comfortable. Close to Amenities such as the excellent restaurant "Wild Blue", which is steps away from the lobby entrance. Pool clean and temperature excellent. Hot tub was about same temperature as the pool, so not hot. Front desk staff stayed it would take at least a day to raise the temperature of the Hot tub."
"The hotel was very welcoming, and there was a mix-up in the room booking, but they were very helpful and are dog-friendly. There are even treats near the door. We were able to walk under the lift and a few minutes' walk from the stores. Bring your own goodies, particularly if you have children. We wanted to explore the area, and we'll be back for sure."
"Need to use photos from proper building and fix listing on Expedia. Thought we would have a balcony but we were actually in the older sister it building with no balcony even though booking said we would have one. Hair dryer in room 213 is on its last legs and needs to be replaced. Updated TVs with access to log into your own streaming services accounts would be nice. Also ridiculous to charge $6 for a single medium sized bottled water in the room. Otherwise happy with the stay and location."
"It was an okay property with a good location. We did not know and neither the listing revealed that its divided into two disjoint buildings. Maybe we got the worse of the two.
The property looks dated and dull. Needs a lot of facelift to charge that kind of money."
