"I was there for a conference Checking in & out was smooth. My Bed was a bit firm. I was on the main floor & My sliding door was facing the Cinnamon Bear which made me not want to open the curtains & a bit uncomfortable.

"Unfortunately, the fireplace was not working. We requested front desk fix it and after a couple of attempts, they indicated the mechanic/repair man was not available. Unfortunate! Also, maintenance was being done on the pool and hot tub, so they were closed down. However, pinnacle allowed us to use the Delta pool amenities, which was a real plus."

"The pool and hot tub closes at 5 which was annoying. We didn’t get to use it because who wants to sit in a hot tub during the day? The halls also smelt heavily like vodka and must so that was a little offsetting. Jets in the bathtub didn’t work. Toilet flow wasn’t great. Fireplace was turned off for the season.. honestly it was a very overpriced room and I wasn’t too thrilled."
