"Property is in a great location and the room was large and clean. We expected it to be noisy given location and it was, although the hotel supplied earplugs. Staff were fantastic and helpful. The property however is quite dated and in poor repair. For example our bathtub had some sort of melamine painted on the bottom and it was peeling off chunks whenever we showered. The drain also did not drain so that was a rather disgusting experience. The main patio door would not physically close...

"The loft set up and balcony were amazing."

"I would recommend, i have stayed here many times over the years. rooms need some tlc but overall a good hotel. its a good location at the very south end of the lower village and ideal to go skiing and biking on the mountain. Have Fun!"
