"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. "The communication between the staff and guest are not great, the food selection was horrible, we had to eat out majority of the times. I wouldn’t go back to this place."

"The staff was amazing!!! They made everyone feel like a VIP. The hotel is located in an area of grace bay that is easily accessible to small shops, coffee, etc The amenities are great and the poolside and beach staff are amazing. A shout out to Jameson who made us feel so welcomed, kept our drinks and food flowing and always made sure we were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast was great as well. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Definitely great for families."

The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...

"It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall."
