I surprised my husband for a stay for his birthday and they had a cake waiting for us un our room when we arrived, so nice & appreciated! They were thoughtful with birthday wishes & desserts! We ate at the 1902 for a delicious dinner and wonderful view- highly recommend!!"

"Staying out of season this was fantastic value for money. Hotel and room was spotless. We had a large suite with kitchen/lounge and spa bath. Bed was huge and comfortable. Hotel at this time of year (late April) was quiet. Pool and hot tub a welcome extra in the morning. Check in was also excellent as were the guest relations team."

"If you have kids, this is the best place to be in, in Lincoln. It's not too hard on pocket. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Lots of activities for kids within the resort. Hot tub and swimming pools are awesome. Everything is nearby. Great restaurants around within 3-5 mins. Overall- it's lovely."

"The breakfast has many options, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is incredible and has views of mountains, the hotel is 2 miles away from Polly’s Pancake Parlor, 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park, Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, and The Basin, 20 minutes from Lincoln, with great restaurants and the Kancamagus Hwy for a stunning scenic drive, and the hotel prices are very affordable! "

"Good breakfast. We went for a relaxing getaway. The sauna was out of order, we had to ask for the pool to be uncovered, the pool was freezing, the pool room was freezing!! Everywhere I looked was a sign for " we accept tips"! At least 4 in the room and 2 at the breakfast area! All along with a sign that also said " room cleaning and amenities are at your request only". They still have carpeted floors in the room. There were no dressers or any drawers to put your belongings. The bolt lock on the door didn't work. The person that took care of the breakfast was extremely intrusive. He went around singing in a very loud voice, and would sit at your table uninvited and started talking to you! ASll in all a very unpleasant experience."

"The Breakfast was great. I had a fresh made waffle, hot coffee, and oj. There were also breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and muffins. we did not use the pool or hot tub, but we did go see it and it looked very inviting!"
