"We had a great stay, everyone was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the family had a blast hanging out by the pool while the kids played."

"Unique ipad self checkin with you creating your own room key. Rooms are tiny but bed was comfy and room was clean. I opted for add on breakfast and portion and presentation were worth the extra 12 dollars. Keep in mind there is no fridge in room. Air-conditioning works really well. Hall and room carpets are getting close to due time for replacement. Down stairs waiting area and Bistro were very stunning. Morning front clerk, she was super friendly and helpful. Evening clerk had a very dry and tone as if you were bothering her. Bistro gentlemen was polite but not friendly at all. Offsite parking is available, vallet for 50 a night is an option which does comes out of the 50 incidental hold if used. Overall I would recommend the property for a short down town experience."

"Within a 5 minute walk to ballpark. Hotel check in is on the second floor. Waiting for the elevator was a huge hassle. Took 5-10 minutes at times. Ended up just using the fire exit stairwell, which was very dirty. Staff was friendly, room didn't seem dirty, although there was a cigarette on the floor. Stay was just okay. Nothing great for the money. "

"This is a hostel stay at a hotel that has a different name. Not an issue, just a FYI in case you are looking for a "Bposhtels" sign from the road. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean with fresh linen, a towel, and a 12X12" locker for each guest in the room. Remember, this is a hostel, not a hotel. They have taken a hotel room and put in 4 bunkbeds. This means that you have 5 other guests that can be coming and going at all hours of the day or night. The bathroom is also shared, which means if you get up in the morning and need to use the toilet, you may have to go to the front office and use theirs if someone has already in taking a shower. For me, this was exactly what I expected and had a great stay. I was able to get a bottom bunk and get a good nights rest. The room (and bathroom) could use some updating but the sink, toilet and bath/shower were fully functional (hot, hot water). This is the place if you are looking for a place to crash for a couple of nights."

"My friend and I were underwhelmed with the hotel although Spencer at the check-in counter was very pleasant and helpful. The pool which was the primary highlight of the trip but swimming at night was not a good experience. The water was so cold. You would think for a luxury hotel with a luxury price, the very least, the pool could have been a little heated."
