"There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. "1 now you want a 100 dollar hold that takes 2 weeks to come back. Check in and the room bathroom had ironed in the toilet which made the room stink. You don’t offer free breakfast and the elevator was broken. Will never stay again "

"Unsafe, dirty, rust on all the brass room fixtures, no breakfast due to major constructionin the lobby, which is a bunch of trash bags taped from floor to ceiling blocking access to the entire lobby. Propositioned in parking lot by mom and her 2 teen daughters. Guy smoking droogs on the side steps. Front desk was no help on addressing any of my concerns and said nobody could help. Got a refund from expedia and stayed elsewhere"
