"The staff are all very polite and very helpful. We booked a king executive room which was nice but the shower didn’t have the usual power that you expect in a hotel which was a shame. The room was quite humid, there was an electric fan supplied, but ideally there could be a/c and a small fridge would be something I would expect in an executive room.
The breakfast was included in the price and all I can say is 10/10. The quality of the produce was first class and all the hot food was kept covered and was lovely and hot. The fruit selection again was lovely and again the best quality fruit was on offer, I would have a fabulous breakfast every day and that saw me through till dinner time. The bar area is very nice and the drinks for a hotel were a reasonable price.
I would happily return to this hotel and also recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Ireland. The staff really are excellent and should be praised for the way they deal with guests. Lots of free parking spaces are available which is a bonus too."
"The rooms were really clean and nicely set. The front staff and security were all so nice too. Didn't realize there was no air con in the rooms, except for the main lobby"
"Excellent would stay again. Good service, clean and reasonably priced. Only negatives were that the jaccuzzis were not working.
I also suggest that the homemade bread that is not allowed in the toast machine is moved from next to it. I saw loads of people not seeing the sign and trying to toast it causing actual flames inside! This must be a regular occurrence as the staff were trying to pick the crumbs off the grill to stop it."
"Nice hotel over the bar. There was live music the night we stayed but it wasn’t so loud that you couldn’t sleep. Lots of locals in the bar watching the band. Very enjoyable stay!"
