"Room smelled bad. Toilet wasn't clean. Place was understaffed. Same guy at the front desk all day, night and morning and stocking breakfast. Very personable, but I couldn't understand much of what he said. Breakfast marginal"

"Got into Sturgis late at night and had to go to the bar across the street to checkin. The bartender was extremely helpful and got us checked in. Parking was a little difficult having a trailer behind us but there is a bank parking lot kiddy corner from the hotel. Our room was perfect as all we needed was a place to rest our heads for a few hours. Room was clean and well taken care of."

"Everything was great. Person checking me was smiling. Ordered food at their in house lounge. Cuban sandwich was excellent. Slept well. Was quiet. They have an onsite bar if you want a beer or other drink and a casino. Great experience."
