"Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

"My toilet didn’t flush the whole time I was there, there was a bug crawling on my pillow and daughter, and there was hair all over the shower. The staff was told about all of this and their response was is nothing can be done. I will never stay here again."

Used the parking lot till a spot under in the garage was open then moved so easier to pack up. Air conditioning was perfect on this hot weekend. Loved there was a connected bar/restaurant we could go to late at night or when it was raining. It was a great weekend."

"rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The photos online are incredibly misleading. As soon as we arrived, it was obvious the property was in poor condition, with exposed ceiling areas and visible wiring. Our room smelled strongly of urine mixed with mold. The bathroom was even worse: no shower curtain, no bath mat, and no floor rug, so every shower flooded the floor. The shower had rust, there was mold on the ceiling, and even the water smelled...

"Lots of false information. Breakfast is not available in the restaurant. Lunch in the restaurant is not always available depends on the day. Bar doesn’t generally open until 4pm. Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there."

"As soon as we got to our floor, the second floor, we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking floor (maybe even hotel?). Throughout the night we kept getting whiffs of cigarettes throughout the room. The most concerning part, under the bathroom counter there were glue traps for mice and other bugs and insects which leads me to believe it’s not the cleanest, most maintained hotel.
