Enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was warm and comfortable with an excellent view across to Clifford’s Tower. Great room, very comfortable bed Excellent breakfast and great rooftop bar Parking is a real issue at the hotel and in the city in general. The recommended NCP carpark had a huge queue - I would advise against bringing a car

Super clean and conveniently located, a nice warm welcome on arrival , well appointed apartment and surprisingly quiet considering it was over looking a busy street , I would definitely stay again
