"We live 2 hours away from the airport. We had an early flight-6am. We chose to stay here because of the convenience, boy, was it ever! Free shuttles from 4am on. We actually walked over to the airport the night before to get the lay of the land and to check in. Parking was super easy too. I will absolutely stay here again when I have an early flight"

"Overall was a decent stay. Check-in process was mostly the only negative. Took about an hour to check-in. Asked if it is possible to get compensated on the parking to which the service agent had no interest in entertaining. Was disappointed on their intent to provide good customer service. Other than that, the hotel was decent and in a good location. A little bit rough around the edges within the room. Would only stay here if being close to the airport or sports stadium, otherwise not worth it."

"The room was clean and well maintained during the stay. Unfortunately, I wasn't made aware that renovations were ongoing. I first chose this site because it offered a pool, a restaurant, a coffee shop and a sports bar. Also, parking was supposed to be included with the Expedia package. "Book the hotel for 4 days, checked in and went to the room. The walls and carpet of the hallways are stained and had damage. Went into the room to a dark damp room with a mildewy scent. It was by far the worst hotel I have ever been in, so we tried to cancel the reservation to get maybe even a bit of the money back. The front desk said that they can't reimburse us for anything and did not even mention the $150 deposit that is on top of the reservation.

"everything was excellent. The only thing I was surprised about was my room wasn't straightened out while I was there. I know that I only stayed two nights and this is what many hotels are doing now but I was just surprised.
