"Hotel was okay. I was expecting more for the price. Pull out couch had stains all over it. Comforter on king bed stained. Staff were pleasant. We did ask for an extra blanket for the pullout, but never received. In town for a wedding, not alot of options, this was probably the “nicest” hotel in area."

"Great stay. The room was a little smaller than expected but very clean. The shower head is large and needed proper cleaning but the shower itself and room were very clean. The staff was mostly helpful especially Tayshaun! The hotel itself is a little dated and they need new carpeting. The rooms have hardwood floors however and those were clean. No noisy neighbors helped! Overall a 9/10."

"Not worth the price at all. Executive suite with wet bar LOL… it was way below average, nothing special at all. Sofa was ripped up and the room was arranged awkwardly, the desk was literally in the middle of the room. Shower was awful no water pressure, and the curtains don’t cover all sides so we weren’t able to sleep in… hotels should have good showers and black out curtains at a minimum in my opinion. Won’t go back. Mya was nice though! "

"Carpets very warm, toilet seat broken & not repaired, laundry machines broken had to travel 0.7 mi to do one load, and room was not properly cleaned. We found clothing & food crumbs under the bed. Front desk member came up to clean the room. Front desk and concierge were great. Free water great and Christopher went above & beyond. "I wish I focused on the staff name plate for a shout out because they were amazing. after a 4hr flight I had no energy they recieved my little guys with water and a snack. Very kind and helpful.breakfast was great too something for everyone. Mom is super picky and she loved the hospitality. The room was so welcoming you really feel like youre VIP. Not sure who is the coordinator or the one to review but you deserve a promotion the service was on point!!!"
