He did not tell me that I need my room key to advance the elevator to my room. I stood in there thinking I was stuck until someone from an upper floor advanced the elevator. A guest coached me on how to get to my room. Upon entering my room none of the lights would come on. I found housekeeping on the floor and they told me it was a master switch at the door for all the lights. Finally upon getting settled I went to use the restroom and there was left over urine and paper in the bowl. "
