"The entire hotel has been neglected and running at minimal cost. The pool was closed with no intention of opening during our three night stay. Ice machines broken and coffee machine. Breakfast was minimal with no bagels, fruit, even bowls for cereals. The elevators inspection date was overdue almost one year. "Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. "
