I found my PJ that I left on the bed being thrown on the sofa. Very strange. 2. The garbage bin in the bathroom was left on the toilet cover. Were they in such a hurry? After seeing all these, we declined for future room cleaning services. Not impressed. 3. This is an interior designer issue. The show door can only be opened around 45 degrees...

"Rooms were modern, clean, a good size. Breakfast was more than adequate, especially considering it was included. Location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the center of downtown. Parking was easy to access and also included. "

"This is a warm, friendly and family oriented place to stay. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown Banff. The hot tubs and sauna are well maintained and the s’mores around the fire pit was something we looked forward to every night, while playing board games that are accessible to play. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety. There is something for everyone. The room we had was like you would have in a cabin. So warm and cozy. Would stay again."

"This hotel is within the Banff National Park on the Bow River. There are mountains everywhere you look and a beautiful nature trail that takes you right into downtown Banff which is along the river. The hotel experience was wonderful in all ways - beautiful room, delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks, (we did the Gold experience which I would highly recommend) heated pools, restaurants, and morning yoga classes. The staff were exceptional also. We can’t wait to return!"

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They give you a little guest bag at check-in with your choice of coffee and teas. They offer bus passes which we found very useful, as the bus stops are right by the hotel. We parked our car in the underground parking all weekend and just took the bus into downtown Banff.
