"Hotel is in a great location for the city. Very clean & the suites have everything you could want. Lovely thick fluffy towels in room & nice products. The only place the hotel falls down is breakfast - the servers are lovely but the operation of getting orders out to guests is incredibly slow & at times chaotic - there were plates of food stacking up at the kitchen bypass with no servers taking the food out. One person was stacking plates…the kitchen area definitely needs addressing as this...

"In first arrival we had a couple of issues with the room having not been properly cleaned and one of the TVs wouldn’t connect to the internet. The reception team were amazing at trying to address the issues and eventually moved us to a different room (as they were unable to resolve the TV issue). On arrival at the second room (which was in much better condition) we could see some other items were obviously not right / missing from the first room - presumably where they had been broken or...

"Friendly, helpful staff and a very central location. The rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable and enough crockery etc provided to make a simple meal. The dishwasher was a nice touch. Despite being so central the windows kept out much of the noise from the street below and there was not a sound from other rooms."

"A fabulous stay here. We had a one bedroom apartment - everything was really clean and there were fantastic views over the city. Room service food and the breakfast were great and all the staff were super helpful. A great location for seeing a gig at Manchester Academy."

"Due to train cancellations I had to find overnight accommodation at very short notice and stumbled upon Deuce. My room was phenomenal, totally overwhelmed by how lovely it was and had the best nights sleep in ages in the wonderful bed. I'm already looking for a reason to come back!"

"Large rooms, nice bathrooms, walkable to nearby pub, groceries, park. Tea & coffee, sugar, adequate dishes. Mattress was not as comfortable as most. Would have been nice to have salt and pepper!"

"It was a nice stat however the rooms, whilst nice, need a little attention. The grouting of tiles in bathroom need a good scrub and the sofa arms had dust. It wasn’t great being woken at 7am on Sunday morning by bins being moved around. "

"Nice and clean apartment. Excellent location. The TV is not working in our room. The team couldn’t do anything during the stay. However, the team never response the online communication, both through hotels.com or their online booking system. There are options to choose free baby pavkage but never honored. No reply on car parking request as well, you have to phone the team directly on the day. "

"There is no front desk but you can call the number and someone will tell you or pick you up as long as you can tell them where you are -- within 1 min walk if you get lost. The location is not easy to find if you drive the car and you will miss this apartment. This fully furnished apartment is really great and worth what we have paid since we have rented a different hotels via hotels.com. This one is the most value we have been received and highly recommend who do not mind far from City Center...

"Great property right in the centre of the city, very accessible with a lift. Unfortunately this meant that it was quite noisy at times, including at night. Very convenient however to all Liverpool has to offer."

"We booked for convenience really. Early flight, Airport transfer was great and because we were close to the airport we could drop our luggage off early night before actually. It was a little cool in the room and there was a crack/Chip in the sink bowl. The bar restaurant was pricey but the food was good. "
