"I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. From start to finish I felt welcomed and well looked after.. Gosha one of the managers there allowed me to check in a bit earlier as the room was coincidentally ready when I arrived. Nothing was too much to ask.. I was provided with a hair drier , an iron and a fan (upon request) The room was clean , spacious and tidy There were cooking utensils, washing up liquid and a sponge for the dishes. "really nice hotel and very central to the centre of the old town. very clean hotel and housekeeping was great. good sized room and really good shower. fridge in the room also. breakfast available but we didn’t book it. "

"What an amazing light, bright, huge and modern apartment. Our 2BR was on the 1st floor with one bedroom facing the Wisła river and one the street. The washer was amazing to have and there were even 2 pods supplied. The hang dryer was sizable, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and parking was perfect to have available. Shower was lovely and kitchen was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Next time would like to consider the top floor that has a balcony!"

"Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop. "Our apartment was spacious with all the amenities needed to cook a meal. There was a separate living room and bedroom. It was nice to have so many large windows to open for fresh air. There was a great market nearby and a beer garden along the river with a fire pit for cooking kielbasa. The walk to the city center, the Jewish area, and the fortress is very reasonable. There is also free laundry facilities available on site. Highly recommend all around."

"Booked this last minute (same day) and stayed for two nights. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Krakow again. It was superbly clean, had everything you could need. Bed was comfy, aircon worked great, even had a coffee pot! Mildly loud depending on neighbours but nothing ridiculous considering it’s an apartment. Very happy with the stay and the price! "
