"This is the best place to stay in Liverpool! We stayed for three nights out of a two week trip and this hotel was by far the highlight. Located right in the middle of Liverpool One we were steps to dining, transportation, grocery stores, bars, shopping, the Albert Docks etc. We had a room at the edge of the building with views in two directions, we could see the whole city with windows that opened for a fresh cross breeze. "Very central location, had an issue with the front entrance and keycode, but so did another family staying, we were given an alternative code that we had to use. The place was very clean, however there was bleach stains on carpets in bedroom and a cracked mirror, but these things could be overlooked considering price. If your a very light sleeper take ear plugs as you can hear street noise from bars and clubs nearby. For the price, location and cleanliness I would stay again and recommend."

"Wasn't a 1 bedroom apartment it had both beds in the same room but the layout was good and plenty of space for the 4 of us to move around. Added bonus of free croissants in the morning too! Very clean and the receptionist was lovely"

I was outside for so long due to the owner not picking calls on time It was cold in the room, noise from the corridor, loud music through the corridor and the shower was so noisy I booked it just to have few tours of sleep before resuming work unfortunately that didn’t happened."
