"Free shuttle service weaknesses: overcrowded, unreliable pickups at AMS airport, you load your own baggage on bus, goes to 3 Ibis locations but no announcement at each stop which Ibis, signage of each hotel impossible to see from crowded bus. Possibility of extremely limited dinner service on holidays as Easter offerring was hamburger and pizza. Snacks selection minimal and no restaurants nearby. Breakfast offerings were very good."

"When we did the check-in process, the staff was standing and kindly showed us how to do with the touch panel. Whole the building has high sense of art, and there is a lot of interesting furniture everywhere. The equipment of the room is also unique and I had never seen such things before. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!"

"Staff was friendly at book-in. Our room condition was poor. There was stains from a drink or something on the wall and a blood stained towel in the bathroom. We asked the front desk to sort this for us, which they replied they would send someone up. Waited the whole night and noone was sent up. Beds was comfortable though."

"Lift doesn't work which is understandable but there is nobody at reception to try to help guests which is absolutely unacceptable. We have a big luggage we have to move it from level 4 through stairs. lucky we are just at level 4. There is a convenient store but prices are over double of normal price. Ask them to call a taxi to centraal which i checked rated $30 by Uber but they charged us $70."

Frühstück ist ausreichend, vielfältig, etwas mühselig wenn man zum Wochenende anstehen muss , aber das Personal ist umso freundlicher und hilfsbereiter ! "

"This is definitely one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed in . The room was massive, there was a gym and swimming pool which our 14 year old used everyday. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The sky bar had amazing views. If you don’t mind not staying in the centre it is only 2 stops on the train to Amsterdan centre and 1 to Schipol airport with a day return being 6.5 euros. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amsterdam "
