"Beds real comfortable. Breakfast was really good"

"The room was clean. Desk attendant was wonderful. The breakfast was lacking. It was out of waffle batter (only 5 people in the dining room the entire time we were there), out of syrup, a machine wasn't working, the orange juice was so watered down with water that it barely tasted like orange at all. One of the patrons had to go out and find the attendant twice to get the batter & syrup filled."

"First, I called for an early check-in before arriving,no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. I politely sat down and waited for him to finish his call. I was allowed to go-ahead an check-in. My room was subpar ( double beds) in every way. I most definitely will NOT return to this particular hotel. I wanted to try a different hotel in the area on...

"The hotel was very modern and a convenient downtown location. It is right next to legacy museum and close to many restaurants and other attractions. The breakfast was hot and delicious and staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend and stay here again!"
